Inti was built with the environment in mind and the style of circa 1920s. It is on a 30 foot sand dune and in a sea grape grove. Special attention was made to preserving the beauty of the area and the historic nature of the house. This very spacious 2 bedroom colonial villa accommodates up to 4 adults in casual elegance. It offers open plan living that allows for an uncomplicated, casual lifestyle with views from every vista of the sea. Each veranda allows for easy living, dining and lounging and Internet service et al. Inti is only a 15 minutes drive from Georgetown airport or Emerald Bay resort and a half hour drive from downtown, food stores, banks etc. You will find at these locations wonderful Bahamian cuisine, handicrafts at the local straw market, fishing and scuba diving excursions, tours to stocking island, annual regattas, private fly ins, golfing, the casino etc. Treat yourself. It's a great place to stay.

  • The bathrooms are tastefully decorated and are a good size for a beach house. The best feature would be the view of the water from the bathtub.

  • Both bedrooms are upstairs with fantastic views of the water and en-suite baths. They are very spacious and also accommodates a lounge and reading area as well. The decor is rustic but yet tastefully done with a Bahamian flare. Both bedrooms also exit onto verandas through French doors and provides one with the opportunity to either rise with the sun in the east or set with it in the west accompanied by orange juice or wine. Ceiling fans and air conditioning give you an option but the trade winds are awesome if you prefer to sleep in the midnight air. The ceilings are 10 feet tall which gives you the sense of space and freedom. Here is where you relax ultimately after busying yourself if you wish in the day.
