Jamestown (Conanicut Island) Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Cleaning is optional during stay.
- All deposits and half rental are due upon reservation. Security deposit: $1000.00 and remainder rent are due one month prior to arrival.
Weekends are not an option during in season - June 18 - Sept 10. Weekly rentals only. - Wedding site fee is additional to weekly rental to be determined based on number of people and how many days/eves events there would be. In season is ONE WEEK MINIMUM rental unless last minute and there are not any bookings. Off season - four day rentals would be considered.
