Snow Skiing/Boarding (seasonal): Mammoth Mountain's 3500 acres of skiable terrain has something for every skier's experience level. With a season that begins in November and often runs into June/July, has a top elevation of 11,053 feet.

Hiking/Biking: As evidenced by the name, Mammoth Lakes has many lakes that can be accessed by hiking or biking.
