Sandy Ridge Villa Summary
Brand new in 2007, our luxury air-conditioned home is furnished to the highest standard. The well equipped kitchen has a breakfast nook, laundry room with a washer and dryer. The formal dining area seats 6-8 comfortably and the large family room has vaulted ceilings which give our home a light and airy feel, this room has cable HDTV, Hifi, Playstation 3 and wireless Internet. Patio doors lead to the 30ft private pool and extended deck area with 5 person Hot Tub, and ample seating for alfresco dining. The master bedroom has a king bed, bath and separate shower, then upstairs there is a further queen bedroom and two twin bedded rooms and in total our home has 2.5 bathrooms. All bedrooms have Cable TV and DVD. A games room has been provided for all the family to enjoy with a full size pool table, air hockey and darts. A gas grill (BBQ), Free international and long distance calls, crib, stroller, highchair and baby monitor are available for use at no extra charge.

Jasmine's Palace is ideally located just 10 minutes from Disney’s front door and only 2 minutes from exit 58 off the I4, where the Champions Gate resort provides 36 holes of golf designed by Greg Norman. You will also find restaurants, Publix supermarket, 24hr fuel and a drive through Macdonald's at Champions Gate.
The US192 with an abundance of Restaurants can be found just a quick 10 minutes drive from the villa, catering to every taste and budget. There are many different chains, such as Perkins Family Restaurant, Bob Evans, Ruby Tuesdays, Red Lobster, Sizzlers, TGI Friday's and Ponderosa Steakhouse, all of which serve excellent meals. The fierce competition between the many restaurants helps to ensure that food is of good value and quality. For faster food, there are also the well known names of McDonalds, Burger King, KFC, Taco Bell and Wendy's. For an evening that is a little more special, try Carrabas Italian Grill, Outback Steakhouse or Key w Kools.
