You have the coice of Shopping at the Premium Outlet Mall,enjoy a day of fishing or boating,walk to the community pool where there are horseshoes,basketball or playground.Drive or ride your bike to the nearby park where you will find a beach/boat ramp/picnic area with grills and restrooms.Walking trails around the park right on the lake.Short drive to Helen/Alpine Village or Dahlonega/gold mining town.Road Atlanta is about 30 minutes if your a race fan!Lake Lanier Islands waterpark is about 20-30 drive.At Christmas enjoy the 'Night of Lights' the largest light show in the State.Fourth of July enjoy the fireworks shows at misc. areas of the Lake.Rent a boat for the day or jetski just a short distance to the Marina.What more could you ask for?????
