Loiza Condo Rates

  • No additional fees for use of any amenities and reserved parking is free.
  • Rates listed are for up to 6 guests. Each additional guest (up to 2) is an additional $50 per week.

    ** Enjoy a 5% discount off of your rental rate if you pay for your stay in full at the time of booking.

    A $250 security deposit is collected on each rental and is refundable following checkout.

    Rental fees are payable as follows:

    First $300 is due at time of booking. (This is a non-refundable amount as we will remove your dates from our availability calendar and not offer them to other interested guests.)

    50% of remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
    Remaining balance is due 14 days prior to arrival

Notes: Daily maid service is Not provided during your stay. Clean linens and towels will be provided upon your arrival. Guests are welcome to use the in-unit laundry center to freshen any linens during their stay. (A limited supply of detergent will be provided) Toilet tissue, paper towels and liquid and bar soap will also be provided. The main club house area offers guests a small fitness room, climate-controlled seating with television, as well as a covered terrace with outdoor seating and a spectacular view of the ocean. Our representative will greet you in person at the San Juan (SJU) airport's car rental location of your choosing. From there, you will be escorted the short 15-20 minute drive to the condo complex. Visitors who wish to stock up on groceries or other necessities for their stay will include a stop along the way at the supermarket to make any desired purchases. Rest assured that our representative will be available for any problems during the rest of your stay.
