Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- No additional fees for use of any amenities and reserved parking is free.
- Rates listed are for up to 6 guests. Each additional guest (up to 2) is an additional $50 per week.

A $250 security deposit is collected on each rental and is refundable following checkout.
Rental fees are payable as follows:
First $300 is due at time of booking. (This is a non-refundable amount as we will remove your dates from our availability calendar and not offer them to other interested guests.)
50% of remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Remaining balance is due 14 days prior to arrival - This unit is a premiere two-story penthouse condominium featuring extended main floor living space, a spacious loft area with sofa, loveseat, and large flat screen TV/DVD, and a huge private patio complete with dining table and chairs, chaise lounges, and a rope hammock. Patio is newly covered, providing a wonderful space that can be used throughout the day, rain or shine. Free wireless internet is included.
