You have a choice of purchasing $39 insurance policy that covers up to $1500 in damages, or you may pay a $500 refundable security deposit to be returned after the cottage has been cleaned and evaluated. YOUR DEPOST FUNDS WILL BE TIED UP FROM 10 DAYS BEFORE YOUR STAY TILL 10 DAYS AFTER, depending on your bank.
We require a $100 one time cleaning fee.
We charge a fee of $25 for up to 4 dogs.
