Comfortable and relaxing oceanfront vacation home in a prime location on South Fletcher Avenue in Fernandina Beach on beautiful Amelia Island, Florida. This house is perfect for larger families! Four bedrooms offering lots of room for you to spread out -a king in the master bedroom, with jacuzzi tub and separate shower room; a queen size room with a half bath with toilet and vanity; then a double room which leads into the last bedroom with 2 twin beds. These two rooms share a full size bathroom with tub/shower combo. The utility room with washer/dryer is also located off this bathroom. This house has a large open kitchen with tiled floor and white counter tops and appliances, two tables in the living area for family meals, and comfortable sofas and chairs, perfect for that afternoon nap. Large fenced yard on the ocean side with table, chairs and a couple of chaises to stretch out. Great widow's deck on the roof for ocean views and sunrises. Hot tub for Spring and Fall.
