- Kobey's Cozy Desert Casa is a wonderful home which can sleep up to 15 by using all 4 beds and the use of the wonderfully comfortable sectional sofa (sofa sleeps 2) and the 2 queen air mattresses (sleeps 4), as well as the Adjustable Chaise Sleeping Lounge located in the master bedroom which can sleep another adult or two children. There are 3 large pools and 2 hot tubs as well as a children's play pool, a huge children's playground with jungle gym, picnic areas, sand volley ball court, basketball, tennis, and desert jogging track all in the Tramonto subdivision!
