The Unit: This ground floor unit is the bottom unit of a very well kept 4 unit condo complex, located on bay side of Mission Blvd. The living room, dining room, and equipped kitchen of this 1200 square foot unit are open and flow nicely, making for easy living, and spacious entertaining. The master bedroom, with Queen sized bed, has a private bath and shower. The second bedroom has a set of bunk beds, along with a pullout trundle bed, which makes into the equivalent of a king sized bed The second bath is available just in the hall adjacent. All linens, except for beach towels, are provided. Washer/dryer included. The patio is equipped with a gas BBQ, table with umbrella and chairs. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and 2 kayaks are provided for your use.

Local Activities: The OCEAN SIDE is a bustle of activity (1½ short blocks away), where the sand, waves, and boardwalk beckon. Enjoy the OCEAN - surfing; boogie boarding; body surfing, swimming, wading, fishing – the SAND - sand volleyball, shell collecting, castle building, picnics, sunbathing, reading - the BOARDWALK – rollerblading, biking, skateboarding, walking or strolling; or just sit on the seawall and watch the people go by. Rent a bike or skates nearby or try a SEGWAY! They’re great fun! And do time your day so that you don’t miss the amazing sunsets. Maybe you’ll see a GREEN FLASH!! Belmont Park, with its food, shopping, and the Giant Dipper Roller Coaster, is a few short blocks away. The BAY SIDE with it’s own clean, wide, sandy beach, is a much calmer, quieter place to enjoy the sun and water.
