Rent a three bedroom cottage at 'The Rookery' within walking distance to the beach. Amenities include: walk-in pool, tennis court, outdoor jacuzzi. Access to the beautiful gulf ocean/beach is only .4 mile away.
Unit 3301 has washer/dryer, satellite dish, DVD player, 3 TVs, dishwasher. Master bedroom features queen size bed. Second bedroom also has queen size bed. The third bedroom has a twin daybed with an additional twin bed. The living room sofa makes into a queen size bed too.
The Rookery is surrounded by the beautiful Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge. It is located at mile marker 6, which is 17 miles down Fort Morgan Road from Gulf Shores.
Several golf courses located nearby. Shopping galore at the Outlet Center in Foley. Great restaurants located from Fort Morgan to Gulf Shores to Orange Beach.
The Fort Morgan Marina is nearby with a boat launch and the Fort Morgan Fort and ferry is only six miles away.

No smoking allowed. Pets are not allowed. You must be 21 years or older to rent this cottage. The Rookery is situated next to the Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge and you will see wildlife (birds, sometimes alligators and snakes) in the area. Children should be supervised by adults. There are several golf courses in the area. A marina, boat dock and restaurant are located nearby. Check out the Fort Morgan ferry to Dauphin Island and then travel over the bridge to Mobile AL. Casinos in Biloxi MS are only 90 minutes away via the ferry.
There are lots of family activities in Gulf Shores - Waterville USA, Gulf Shores Zoo, Track Recreation Center, Pirates Island. Large outlet shopping center located in Foley (30 minutes away).
The pool area includes a Tiki Bar area (you provide beverages) where you can sit in the water on a bar stool and enjoy a drink, read a book and relax. The walk-in area provides a great place to lounge and a great place for kids to play. The beach is Awesome!
