Directly on the free shuttle route and five miles from the base of Winter Park Ski Resort, this Fraser Colorado home provides easy access to enjoy all the area has to offer. Located on a secluded, heavily wooded acre with great views of the continental divide, deer, elk, and even moose are often seen browsing through this mountain property.
The open floor plan, large windows, vaulted ceilings, and a spacious living room create a bright and warm living space. Sleeping arrangements include two bedroom suites with king-size beds, one bedroom suite with a queen-size bed and a pull-out, one room with three sets of bunkbeds with a full-size on the bottom of one, and one extra room with a full-size futon bed and an accordion door for privacy. There are also two living areas; one with one pullout and the other with two comfortable, spring mattress futon couch/beds. Plenty of beds and extras like flannel sheets for winter stays, cozy upscale bedding, and a large rustic pine dining table large enough to seat a crowd, make your stay truly extraordinary - one of the best values in luxury winter park Accommodations.
