Enjoy 2 large oceanfront 3rd & 4th story rooftop spas; neither require propane and can be heated at no additional charge. One spa is fully equipped with an outdoor summer kitchen including a sink, refrigerator, ice maker, gas grill, stereo & TV. There are 2 beautifully landscaped heatable pools with a large 5' waterfall, shooting water fountains, spa and summer kitchens. The pools are also illuminated with multi-color LED lights. The pools and/or spa can be heated upon request. This professionally decorated home has 3 different living areas with a fully equipped bar and a sleeper sofa in each. One living area is a private top floor loft with stunning panoramic views of the ocean, full bath, 50' plasma TV, surround sound, DVD, Playstation 2, stereo & game table. It also has a private oceanfront balcony with hot tub. The other living areas have full oceanfront views, 50' plasma TV/surround sound, DVD, stereo, stone fireplace w/gas logs, leather sofas & game tables.
The gourmet kitchen is elaborately designed with granite counters, ornate custom cabinetry and top quality stainless steel appliances from name brands such as GE Monogram and Electrolux. It also has a 20 foot uniquely shaped island with raised bar, 2 dishwashers, sinks, ice maker and barstools. There is oceanfront dining for 25 people. The furnishing in the home are top of the line including brands such as Hooker, Thomasville and the best mattresses available by Sealy.
