Loiza Condo Details
Reservation: 35% total rent ($250 min.) payable in advance to reserve, remaining rent payable at check-in. Refundable security/damage deposit of $150 payable at check-in. Refunded after check-out inspection. Regular Check-in time 3pm, Check-out time noon. We can make special arrangements.
Cancellations: Full return (less $50 cancel fee) if cancel in written at least 45 days prior to check-in. Unused portion return if evacuation is ordered by authorities, or the National Weather Service issues a tropical storm or hurricane warning for Puerto Rico.
Other: Discounts for couples (sharing one room) and military, one week min. stay. $100 off if staying a second week.
