Refunds for cancellations made within 45 days of your stay are subject to the property being re-booked - less a $50 per villa fee. Regardless of whether the property is re-booked, your damage deposit, cleaning fee and taxes are 100% refundable. Final balance payment due 45 days prior to your stay that is not paid on time may result in a loss of reservation.
