Ocean City Condo Details
Plenty of Activities: Enjoy parasailing, jet skiing, or spending the day at the water park. For the avid golfer, there are plenty of championship courses in the area. The famous Ocean City boardwalk is only 10 minutes from the condo. You can rent a boat and go fishing or crabbing in the bay. If shopping is your thing, the outlets in tax free Rehoboth, Delaware are only a 40-minute drive from OC. While in OC, you should drive to Assateague to watch the wild horses and spend the day at the beach. Directly across the street is an indoor/outdoor miniature golf course, so you don't have to go far for an evening of entertainment.
Walk to Shops and Restaurants: Because the condo is centrally located in the town of Ocean City, you can walk to many shops and restaurants. Within a 3-block radius is a bagel shop, nail salon, candy store, video store, food store, liquor store, and post office. Just 2 blocks away are some restaurants such as The Bonfire, Dough Roller, Reflections, and Rita's, to name a few. And if you want to go shopping, Sunsations, Seaquest, and Mill End Linens are all within a 5-minute walk.
Entertainment: During the summer months, various concerts are held. Simply check the FREE tourist newspapers for times and locations. There are 2 multi-plex cinemas in Ocean City, as well as one in West Ocean City. Many of the local bars and restaurants have bands or DJ's, so you're never at a loss for entertainment.
Golf: If you're an avid golfer, you'll find Ocean City to be a golf mecca. There are plenty of championship courses in the area, so you can have your choice of locations and degree of difficulty.
