Lincoln Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rates do not include 9% NH Hotel Tax and a Non-Negotiable Cleaning Fee.
- Our Loon Retreat is strictly 'Non Smoking'.
We do not accept pets of any kind.
Week-day rates are for Sunday-Thursday and
Week-end rates are for Friday and Saturday.
Weekly rates are for 7 days and 6 nights - $250 Security deposit required.
Payment is due in full 14 days prior to occupancy, 30 day cancellation policy with potential loss of deposit.
Signed Rental Agreement required prior to occupancy.
Check in is at 4:00 P.M. and Check Out is at 11:00 A.M.
