All four bedrooms and loft with play station & computer upstairs to the left. The family lounge is comfortably furnished with ample seating for up to ten people with TV and DVD overlooks the pool and covered lanai. Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and breakfast room has ample seating for ten people. The patio glass sliding doors by the breakfast room lead out onto the east facing fully screened patio area, the pool & spa has ample patio furniture to help you acquire that Florida suntan.
