Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- 50% deposit required to reserve the villa. One time end of stay cleaning fee $150. $300 security deposit. The security deposit is refundable and will be promptly returned if there is no damage. $99 extra weekly fee for small dog.
