Lake Wales Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Green fee optional. Pool heat $ 15 a day.
- Price a week USD 395 - 715. Ask owner for monthly rates!
Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
Note: Ask for possible extra charges around Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter and Independence Day.
Tariff includes use of towels and linen.
Tariff excludes use of water, electricity, end of stay cleaning and Florida taxes.
Price may vary with an occupancy of more than five people.
Booking deposit (at time of booking) 50% of total rental price.
Security deposit (payable at time balance is due- 8 weeks prior arrival) $ 250 - $ 500.
Advance deposit for use of utilities USD 75 - 125 a week.
The balance of your payment along with security deposit is payable at least 8 weeks prior to arrival. - One to two weeks before your stay we will send you:
- Directions to the villa
- Lockbox number for the villa key
- Management company telephone number and contact details
