Union Pier Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Dogs are welcome, no additional fee.
- Unlike most properties rented in this area, we do not charge extra to clean the unit upon your departure nor are you required to wash the bed linens and towels prior to your departure. During the summer months we only rent on a weekly basis from Friday to Friday. Weekend rentals in the Spring are $600 per weekend and are based on a three night stay.
The week of Jun 29th thru Friday July 6th rents for a weekly rate of $2600.00 - - During the Spring & Fall months you may check in as early as you would like and can stay til dusk on your last day.

- The bathroom has a walkin European style shower installed in 2008 and is very nice. During the summer months most guests use the family size (100square feet) outdoor shower that offers plenty of seclusion to shower in the buff. The shower is constructed of redwood, soft to the feet and absolutely no harsh chemicals to stand in as compared to treated lumber, and is surrounded in fragrant smelling flowering clematis and has a nice bench to sit on. Of course the shower has hot and cold water.

- The upstairs bedroom has a beautiful view of the beach and lake. There is also a game size table in the bedroom. The upstairs bedroom is large enough to accommodate sleeping bags or air mattress if 2 or 3 children wanted to sleep in a bedroom with adults. Additionally there is a washer and dryer located in the closet in the upstairs bedroom. The two first floor bedrooms have a mens size dresser to store your clothes. We also stock the bedrooms with two terry cloth bath robes so you can lounge in them in the morning or use them to go to the outdoor showers. Our bedroom linens, bathroom towels and beach towels are new and fresh...we have not stocked this unit with our 'old stuff', and want your visit to be of the same experience as finer hotel.
