- All the beds and bedding are brand new. There is also a queen size futon in the sunroom and a Queen pull out Queen sleeper sofa in the family room. Master bedrooms are very large and each have very big closets for all your luggage and extra storage. Kids' rooms are also good sized and have smaller, but sufficient closet space. Ceiling fans are in each bedroom and on the tiled, screened front porch area.
