This one year old townhome has views of the ocean from master bedroom and downstairs lanai. Outdoor dining on your private lanai with BBQ. Over 1800 sq ft of interior living area with a fully equipped kitchen. Kitchen features: range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, ice maker. Fully stocked kitchen also features an array of spices. This home is beautifully decorated with luxury towels, sheets and bedding. the living room as well as the bedrooms feature flat panel TVs. Each bedroom has it's own private full bathroom with hair dryers. Beach towels are provided for your convenience along with a portable cooler. Unit is user friendly with one bedroom is located on ground level. Washer/Dryer in Unit. Three parking spaces are available for this unit with lots of guest parking. Large pool with kiddie wading pool and large jacuzzi. The pool area also features a BBQ area with kitchenette for family gatherings while you enjoy the resort like amenities. Workout room available.

Keauhou is located next to historic Kailua-Kona. KK features local open air markets for shopping, fine and casual dining, shopping, historic sites. Keauhou shopping center is one block away with restaurants, grocery store, movie theater, drug store and local shows... Keauhou Bay and golf are less than 1 mile, with snorkel beach less than 2 miles. Volcano national park is 1.5 hours away and is a great day trip. Historic City of Refuge, Capt. Cook monument, green sand and black sand beaches less than 1 hour away with tours of famous coffee farms to be viewed along the way. Hilo is on the opposite side of the island and has many beautiful waterfalls, botanical gardens and tour the Mauna Loa Nut farm. The north side of the island feautures historic Waimea, Parker Ranch, Waipio Valley and Mauna Kea with Observatories.
