Seacrest Beach House Details
4 story 4355 square foot home (includes covered decks) features 4 bedrooms plus bunk room, 2 and 1/2 Baths plus enclosed hot and cold outdoor shower. Sleeps 12-15. Two Queen-size beds in two bedrooms on second floor. One Full size bed in small bedroom on first floor. Third floor master suite has a king-size bed and a large sitting area. Master bath boasts a five by six-foot shower with double shower heads and Jacuzzi tub. Beautiful tropical hand painted window over Jacuzzi. Coffee/snack bar on third floor. Two roll aways, baby bed and one queen air bed available to accommodate a total of 15 or single sleepers.
Large observation deck with hot tub on 4th floor roof overlooking the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico as well as expansive views from Destin to Panama City, the golf course to the east and miles and miles of state forests with hiking trails to the north. Decks on all floors. The sunsets overlooking the Gulf are incredible. On the 4th of July, Christmas, New Years, and special dates when there are firework displays around, the deck on the roof of this home is the best seat in the area. On the 4th firework displays from surrounding areas can be seen from this roof top.
One minute walk to dedicated beach walkover of our sugar sand beach. Beach umbrellas, beach chairs and ice chests for the beach. Great outside cooking area. Private hot and cold outside shower. House is fully-equipped for a hassle free vacation. Don't hesitate to make special requests. Friendly pets 25 pounds or less, allowed with additional pet deposit.
