Lancaster Cabin Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Fall Special: Stay 5 nights or more and receive a rate of $190 a night
- All specials exclude certain weeks & rates are subject to changes. Specials and discounted rates exclude holidays and special events weekends.
Rates are based on 4 adults.
Summer Rates: Stay 7/6 Nights and receive a rate of $180 a night. Stay 5/4 nights receive a rate of $190 a night.
Stay 3 nights Sun-Thurs and receive a rate of $200 a night
Summer & Fall Weekend Special: Stay 3 nights, receive 33% off your third night.
Fall Rates: Stay 7/6 Nights and receive a rate of $180 a night. Stay 5/4 nights receive a rate of $190 a night - Our vacation rentals, cabin and cottages cancellation policy is 60 days (90 days for holiday and special events). Refunds are honored less a $75.00 cancellation processing fee for the cottages and cabin and a $100.00 cancellation processing fee for the vacation home, if we are able to re-rent your accommodation for the entire reservation. If we are unable to re-rent the accommodations we will have to retain the 50 % deposit.
Cancellation within 14 days (30 days for holiday and special events) will be charged the entire amount of the reservation if we are unable to re-rent the accommodation. No shows and premature check-outs will also be charged the entire amount of the reservation.
