Amenities: Flat screen Toshiba LCD TV, with free cable including Movie channels. Very modern and secure condo in award winning building. Designated free underground parking stall. Residents lounge with pool table, television, fireplace and separate, very well equipped exercise room. Safe storage for Bikes. There are many fine restaurants of every type .Walk for miles through the local parks, the ocean front and the City. Enjoy shopping, the Museum and Galleries. Or take a day trip to the Cowichan Valley Wineries and visit some of the fourteen vineyards that thrive there. The Fishing Village of Cowichan Bay is a 'must see' part of the Cowichan Valley. Here you will find the Shipyard Gallery of world renowned artist, Art Vickers. And lunch on the best bread and cheeses on the Island just along the waterfront. Another favorite is the circle tour via the ferry to Fulford Harbour on SaltSpring Island Victoria and the Island are among the best places in the World to visit!
