- For the utmost comfort, included are two king master suites; each king bed has a premium pillow top mattress. One master suite is located on the first floor and has French doors leading out to a patio. The other master suite is located on the third floor and includes a walk-in closet. The third bedroom has two single beds and is located across from the master suite on the third floor with generous spacing between the two for privacy. All bedrooms included a 20 inch LCD TV and DVD player. A hairdryer is included in each bedroom. There is a queen size sofa bed in the living room if needed for extra guests.

Welcome to our brand new town home in Vista Cay at Harbor Square with three levels of privacy, luxury, and comfort. Our near 1,800 square foot town home is professionally decorated and luxuriously appointed focusing on the guests who frequent it. Custom features include decorative painting, extra curtains, and upgraded pillow top king mattresses. Each bedroom is very private with its own bathroom. Don't forget about the 20 inch LCD television and DVD player in each bedroom. In addition to the 1800 square feet of living space, there is a one car garage and private omni-stone driveway, a patio, and a balcony.
The second floor boasts a large living area with an open floor plan and large windows to allow for a lot of lighting. The large great room area leads to an 8-foot sliding glass door that opens to a covered balcony overlooking the covered patio below and a spacious grassy area. The great room is nicely decorated in bright tropical colors. For your enjoyment, the living room has a 42 inch Panasonic plasma television with a stereo system, DVD player, and a Play Station 2. The sofa converts to a queen-size bed for additional sleeping area if needed for extra guests. Hi-Definition cable services are included with access to 230 channels plus premium channels and Wi-Fi Internet. There is a full size kitchen with corian counter tops, custom cherry cabinets, and all appliances including a double refrigerator with an ice maker and water dispenser. The kitchen is completely supplied with everything needed to prepare a grand meal! We provide complimentary coffee and teas upon your arrival!
Long distance service including international calling to 40 countries will be available starting June 2008. Baby items are available for rent from our mangement company. Our management company is top of the line, available on site, and provides the best cleaning service. Come visit us and see for yourself!
