If you cancel more than 60 days prior to arrival, we will refund your deposit less $35.
• If you cancel within 60 days of arrival, we will refund your balance only if the unit can be re-booked.
• Please purchase trip insurance if there is a chance you will have to cancel.
- Large parties must rent both bungalows for two nights plus event charges - see our website for details - Check-in time: 3 PM; check-out time: 11 AM.
• Please let us know if you require an early check-in or late check-out. We try to accommodate those requests with advance notice.

- We have a large walk in shower with two sliding windows that open to the gardens. The aqua blue glass tiled walls and smooth black rock floor captures the island vibe. One of our biggest complaints with staying at other vacation rentals, is the towels are usually thin and old. So we have thick white towels that we replace every six months.

- Each suite is 780 square feet and has one bedroom with a king size bed, one bathroom with double sinks, walk-in shower with windows that open to the garden, living room and kitchen. We also have a twin blow up bed with linens. Each bungalow will sleep three people comfortably. There will be additional charge for more than three people per suite.
