This prestigious, fully air-conditioned, luxury 5 bedroom and 4.5 bathroom villa offers all the amenities necessary for the perfect vacation. The villa is ideally situated for all parks - less than 12 minutes from Disney's new West Gate and some of the best golf Florida has to offer at Champions Gate and the award winning Southern Dunes. Restaurants and Supermarkets are all within easy reach. The villa has a larger than average 30ft x 15ft screened pool (optionally heated) and fabulous spa, presented in a south facing setting. Confirmed Booking: The Owner will confirm each booking as soon as possible after receipt of the signed booking form and $250.00 deposit is received. The remaining balance must be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival. Check In: 4:00 pm. Check Out: 11:00 am.

Cancellation: In the event that you cancel your reservation, or we have to cancel the arrangements due to non payment of the balance due within the time allowed before departure, cancellation charges will be made as follows; 8-6 weeks before arrival date = 50% Deducted. 6 weeks or less before arrival date = 100% Deducted. No Smoking Policy.
