- There are 2 basic rates, off season and peak season. Peak season rates are charges for all holidays. 50% non-refundable deposit is due to reserve your stay. The remaining 50% is due 2 weeks before your stay. $1000 security deposit is due 2 weeks before your stay and is refundable up to 30 days after checkout. Your stay is not guaranteed until the initial deposit is paid. You may elect to pay the deposit in advance to guarantee your stay.
