- If there is a rental long term over 3 months, the monthly rate would be $4,300 for Off-Peak Season and $4,700 for Peak Season. Credit Cards accepted. No cancellation penalty for over 30 days before arrival. 15 - 30 days prior to arrival, there is a 50% cancellation penalty. Less than 15 days prior to arrival, the cancellation penalty is 100% of the rental. There is a fee of 2.5% for credit card transactions. There is a required security deposit of $250 which will be reimbursed at check-out if the property is free of any damages. All rates are for up to 6 people; any additional guests pay $30 per night each. The rate per night for the week is between $225 and $267 depending on the season. This is an incredible rate considering that the property has 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, central a/c, and 1,900 square feet of living area. There are properties much smaller that charge rates similar or close to what I am offering. It is a great opportunity!

- The master bathroom is large with all the desired facilities included. It has a large basin on a granite counter top and wooden cabinetry. It has a beautiful vanity with mirror and marble pieces cover the walls. It has a separate area for the bidet and toilet. Next is the tub which also includes a shower. The children's bathroom is completely remodeled with a large basin and wooden cabinetry. It has a beautiful vanity with mirror. It has a matching bidet and toilet. The bathroom has a large tub that also includes a shower. The flooring on all the bathrooms is a beautiful Spanish tile. The third bathroom is next to the dining room which offers a lot of convenience. This bathroom has a beautiful single piece basin with an elegant vanity and mirror. It includes the toilet and a large shower only. The children's and guest bathrooms have beautiful 18 in. x 18 in. tiles on the walls that cover up to the ceiling.

- The master bedroom boasts an excellent view of the beach. It has a queen bed with a drawer for the cloth. The floor on all the bedrooms is a beautiful Spanish tile. The master has a large walk-in closet with all the accessories and organizers needed to make the closet very comfortable and user friendly. The bathroom has a large sink with wooden cabinetry, a bidet / toilet, and a large tub / shower. The other 2 bedrooms are of the same size each, one with 2 twin beds, and the other with a double bed. All of them offer an excellent space with a great view of the Isla Verde area. Both bedrooms have an excellent closet with all the necessary accessories and organizers. Both bedrooms share a bathroom that is right in front of them in the hallway. All the bedrooms share the central a/c ventilation which offers all the guests great comfort.

Isla Verde Apartment Details
Water Sports Activities available: Jet skiing, wind surfing, sailing, power boating, snorkeling. If anybody would be interested in scuba diving there are several shops in the Isla Verde area that can arrange trips for individuals or groups.
Transportation: If you want to rent a car for the entire stay or only for a day or two there are car rental companies in Isla Verde which can provide you with the service. There are plenty of public buses that provide service to the entire metropolitan area as well as train service to major locations in San Juan and surrounding areas. There is also taxi service which you can call and they will pick you up at any location you want.
Shopping: There are many stores of all kinds in the Isla Verde area which you can enjoy. If you want to visit the premier shopping malls in PR or a shopping outlet, they are all within a short drive from the Isla Verde area. Plaza Las Americas (Largest shopping mall in the Caribbean) and Plaza Carolina are only within 15 - 20 min. driving time from Isla Verde. The Prime Outlets are about 45 min. driving time from the Isla Verde area and boasts most major brand stores. Isla Verde is also 10 min. away from the Condado area which is the center for all major boutique stores and fine restaurants right next to the ocean. Old San Juan is only 15 min. away which offer all the surroundings of the Spanish Conquistador era with plenty of stores and boutiques catering specially to tourists looking for good deals on jewelry, arts and crafts, clothing and apparel, and typical Puerto Rico food.
Golf: There are 2 major golf destinations close to Isla Verde called Rio Grande Plantation in Rio Grande and El Conquistador Resort in Fajardo. Both are less than a 60 min. drive from Isla Verde. Both courses are right next to the ocean and offer a challenging round of golf. For the Rio Grande Plantation Course you can rent a car to get there or arrange public transportation. For the El Conquistador Course, you can go to the sister hotel at El San Juan Hotel and Casino in Isla Verde and they can arrange tee times and transportation from the hotel. The El Conquistador Resort is a sight to be seen in itself, so if you can arrange a round of golf there, you would enjoy a great day along with all the restaurants, shops, lounges, and the scenic setting next to the ocean.
