The 80 sq.m. apartment is on the 3rd floor of a twentieth century building (with elevator). It was recently renovated and consists of one hallway, a large living room, two bedrooms (one with double bed and another with two single beds), two bathrooms, one livable kitchen. The living room can accommodate three persons in a double sofa bed and in a single bed, the first bedroom can accommodate up to three persons in a double bed and a single bed, the second bedroom has two single beds. Eight persons can easily be lodged. The two bathrooms are supplied respectively with shower and bathtub/shower. The kitchen is wide and fully equipped for cooking. The flat also has an autonomous heating system. Bed linen and towels, TV in the living room and in the two bedrooms, stereo-CD player, washing machine, dishwasher, traditional oven, fridge & freezer, iron and ironing board are on tap to the guests.

The apartment is located in the heart of ancient Rome in via Merulana, and connects the Basilicas of St. Mary Major and St. John Lateran. The area is alive and full of shops and markets. With a short walk it is possible to reach the area of the Coliseum and the Mercati Traianei and the Imperial Forum historical sites. A short pleasant walk will also take you into Via Nazionale, one of Rome's best renowned streets for shopping.

Once you have received confirmation of your booking, please inform us of your expected time of arrival at the apartment, or let us know if you require a car service from the airport to the apartment.
You will be required to pay for your stay in full at the moment of your arrival directly to the owner of the apartment. Should you need to change the time of your arrival or be delayed, please contact your booked apartment directly. -
ABOUT MY PRICES:
Prices, given in Euro, are intended per night, per apartment.
For weekly prices, a week is intended to cover seven nights.
A minimum stay between three and six nights is required (depending on the periods).
Children (0-6 years) pay half price.
The prices will be increased by 20-30% on high season rates for the following dates:
