Peak Season Rental Weeks are from Saturday to Saturday. Credit Card & Personal checks are accepted. 4% additional fee charged to customer if Credit Card is used. A 50% deposit is required within 10 days of booking. All deposits are refundable up to 60 days prior to arrival date. Refund of deposit less than 60 days prior is subject to re-booking of property for same week.
Balance plus $500 security deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival. Security deposit will be returned no later than 30 days after departure following post inspection.
Sorry! No Smoking. Some pets okay for an additional fee with prior approval - Long Weekend Getaways: Leather Mates, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Holly Follies, Christmas, & New Years are available for a 3 night minimum at $1,000 and is based on availability.
