Coconut Villas is a quaint 10 unit condominium in the city of Redington Shores completely renovated in 2006. The complex is found on Mile Marker 12 along the historic Gulf Boulevard in Pinellas County. The Jolly Trolley literally stops outside the front gate of the property and with an inexpensive daily pass you travel up and down the Beaches all day and night to take in all of the local sites, dining locations and hot spots without worrying about trying to find a parking spot or parking meters and then drops you off at your front door. If you enjoy fishing, the Redington Long Pier is directly across the street.
