- The Master Bedroom is on the 4th Floor. As you lay your head down, or open your eyes in the morning, you are filled with a beautiful, aerial view of the gardens and the bay; skylights allow the moon to gaze at night. The Master Bedroom has its own private bathroom, equipped with a double shower and 3 person jacuzzi. A walk in closet has more than enough space for even a months stay, and there is a private office in case you are looking for a secluded area to get some thinking done. There is one small bedroom on the 4th floor, perfect for young children to be near to the parents, that is equipped with its own bathroom and walk in closet. The remaining 4 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor, and each has large bay windows and its own private sink. There are two full bathrooms on this floor. If more space is needed, the basement comfortably sleeps 4, although there would be less privacy. Nonetheless, the basement also serves as a great party room, with huge amounts of space to work with.

Tranquility: The Eastern Shore is tranquil. This beautiful house will provide all the serenity and quiet you could possibly want! Wake up each morning to the sound of crashing waves, and fall asleep each night after a glorious, vibrant sunset. Gaze at the stars, and breathe the clean salt air that makes the Eastern Shore unique! There are miles and miles of beach and trails to walk where you will not run into another soul for hours.
Adventure and History: The Eastern Shore has an amazing history and amazing scenery! Just 2 miles from your vacation home are Civil War battlements, used for POW's. Less than a mile down the beach is a WWII submarine tower. The Virginia Wildlife Conservation Park features miles and miles of trails, and less than 15 minute walk along the beach will take you to SouthEast Expeditions, a provider of kayak and kayak tours. Go explore the Barrier Islands, the natural protective formations on the Atlantic Ocean Side; climb the light towers or stay over night in the public cabins. Just 15 minutes north on Route 13, you can visit Historic Eastville and browse some of the oldest documents in the Nation. Take a charter fishing boat up the Chesapeake Bay for flounder, drum and rock fish, or test your strength out on the Atlantic on any of the many available deep-sea fishing charters. Don't forget deer season! The Eastern Shore is famous for its healthy deer population and hunter friendly license fees!
Unique: The Eastern Shore is truly unique. Somehow, this place has almost completely deterred development, and in doing so, one cannot help but be overcome by its natural and appealing charm. There is no traffic, there is no light pollution, there is no noise! There are spots where you can see the sun rise and the sun set on the water and never have to move! Wildlife is plenteous, ranging from deer to fox to wild birds, swan and a fantastic array of owl, osprey and predatory birds. There are more tucked away little towns than can be listed on a map, each with its own character, its own history, and its own unchanged facade of what we have all moved away from in our globalized society. How many other places have a 17 mile bridge connecting them to the nearest metropolis area? Come to the Eastern Shore and step back in time...
