- The 1st floor of the Main House is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath and sleeps 8, week nights are $225, weekends are $295 per night, (2) night minimum. The 1st floor of the Carriage House sleeps 2 and week nights are $145 and weekends are $175, (2) night minimum. The 2nd floor of the Carriage House sleeps up to 4 and weeknights are $145 and weekends are $175 per night, (2) night minimum. Questions? Savannah House Details
Owner Occupied!: I live on the 2nd floor of the house. That's good if you run out of ice at 9:30 at night and really shouldn't be driving. On the other hand, this is a quiet residential area and so it's not quite the right place for wild parties until dawn.
Big Dogs Welcome!: There is a dog park about a 10 minute walk from the house.
Hosting a Special Event?: If you want host something special, the living, dining, sun room and front porch can accommodate around 75 to 100 people for a cocktail party. There is a large yard next to the house so parking isn't a problem. I have a caterer that has help guests and knows the house. Please give me a call or email for more information.
