Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • $205 per night\April 16-December 14
    $225 per night Dec 15-April 15* 1 week minimum stay over major holidays including: July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years.
    * 50% required at time of booking; balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
    * Five night minimum stay (will rent fewer days if between bookings).
    * Third person is an additional $15/night.
