The balance along with the tax will be charged 2 weeks prior to your check in. Please let us know if you would prefer to pay by check. CANCELLATION POLICY: The total amount of the reservation minus a $90 cancellation fee is reimbursed if the cancellation has been communicated in Herrick Guest Suites is writing more than 30 days prior to the arrival date. With 15-30 days notice the deposit will be forfeited. With 1-14 days notice, the total amount will be forfeited.
