Fenwick Island House Details
Our home is located just 2 blocks from Sun Ridge Tennis and Recreation Center* where you will find a recreation center with locker rooms, fitness facility, Sun Ridge Grille snack bar, 4,000 sq ft outdoor pool with separate whirlpool, kids' Splash Zone, 5 Har-Tru tennis courts, picnic area and playground. *Amenities fee, optional, but required for use of pool/shuttle etc. Fees vary with season. Community also has a new playground for children to include a great carousel. Harris Teeter Grocery store, at entrance to the community, is open.
