- At Seahorse Condo, we furnish everything except beach towels! Upstairs, there is a king bed in the master bedroom and queen in the second bedroom. Downstairs there is one bedroom with two extra-long twin beds. We even have a gas grill for doing a little outdoor grilling. And if you cannot break away from the TV - we have a HDTV with DVD player and several cable movie channels. We are also a kid friendly condo! We know how hard it is to travel with all the 'baby gear'. To make things easier for our guests we have available a play yard, high chair and baby gate. Let us know in advance if you'll need any of these items.

Pensacola Beach Condo Details
Reservations: In Season: April 1st to August 31st. In Season typically rents for a 4 night minimum. Off Season: September 1 to March 31 there is a 3 night minimum. Higher Rates may apply to holidays and special events for both the Off Season and In Season. The security deposit will hold your reservation for your specified dates. If arrival date is less than 45 days out, the deposit and full rental payment is required to hold the reservation. Minimum age requirement is 23 years old, and he/she must physically occupy the premises for the full term of the reservation. No student groups allowed. Any reservations made under false pretense will result in forfeiture of security deposit and eviction. Full payment of rent is due 30 days prior to arrival. We accept PayPal, cash, travelers checks, cashiers checks and money orders.
Cancellation: For a full refund minus a $75.00 reservation fee, a 45 days notice prior to your scheduled check in date is required. Cancellation 20 to 45 days prior to the scheduled check in date will result in a $300.00 charge. Cancellation 19 days or less, the full balance of rental will be due.
Check-in & Check-out: Check in time is between 3:00p.m. and 5:00p.m. Central Time. The owner must be notified if you will be arriving after 5:00p.m. so arrangements can be made for key pick up. Check-out time is 11:00a.m. Keys must be returned to the owner as instructed at check in. There is no refund for early check outs.
Other Activities: go-cart rental, miniature golf, beautiful National Seashore, deep sea & in-shore charters
