Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Fall Special: Stay 5 nights or more and receive a rate of $220 a night

•$279 a night
Our vacation rentals, cabin and cottages cancellation policy is 60 days (90 days for holiday and special events). Refunds are honored less a $75.00 cancellation processing fee for the cottages and cabin and a $100.00 cancellation processing fee for the vacation home, if we are able to re-rent your accommodation for the entire reservation. If we are unable to re-rent the accommodations we will have to retain the 50 % deposit. Cancellation within 14 days (30 days for holiday and special events) will be charged the entire amount of the reservation if we are unable to re-rent the accommodation. No shows and premature check-outs will also be charged the entire amount of the reservation. - All specials exclude certain weeks & rates are subject to changes. All special rates exclude holiday and special event weekends.
Firefly Rack Rate is $279 a night
Summer Special Rates: Stay 6 nts or more and receive a rate of $195 a night. Stay 5/4/3 nts. receive a rate of $220 a night. (3 night rate excludes weekends)
Summer & Fall weekend special: Stay 3 nights and receive 33% off your 3rd night.
Fall Special Rates: Stay 6 nts or more and receive a rate of $195 a night. Stay 5/4/3 nts. receive a rate of $220 a night. (3 night rate excludes weekends)
