- A $150 refundable security deposit is due within 5 days of booking. Taxes and $65 cleaning fee are required. Full payment is due within 1 week of check-in. Credit Card payments are processed by PayPal. Cancellations less than 1 week before you stay will loose deposit. Security deposit is refunded accordingly 1 week after checkout.
