- A $400 deposit is required upon reservation request.
- SECURITY DEPOSIT: The security deposit is $400.00 for The Bluff House and is due upon confirmation of rental. Cancellation of the rental must be done 60 days before check in date of occupancy. This will result in a refund of the security deposit if the property is rerented for the Renter’s time period. The security deposit is not refundable if the cancellation is less than 60 days of the rental occupancy check in date. The security deposit is fully refundable within 10 days after checking out date, provided that all real and personal property belonging to The Bluff House are in the same condition as when occupancy commenced and all terms of this agreement are met. Renter is liable for all replacements and repairs that are outside what is considered normal wear and tear.
- RENTAL FEE: The rental fee is due 60 days prior to the check in date and must be in the form of a cashier’s check or a money order. If there is not enough time to cover the rental due time of 60 days, then the whole amount is due to reserve the time with the security deposit immediately. Cancellation by the Renter after the rental fee is paid will result in the loss of rental cost.Cleaning fee is $100 or for 2 weeks or more is $150. The rental fee covers the occupancy for 6 people. Each additional person will add $50 for rental cost. The maximum number is 8 people
