Menauhant is an exceptional area. Beaching, Boating, Fishing, Claming, Water sports, are minutes away. Each day feels like a new dream. Our neighborhood abuts two waterways with three water rights entries into Bournes Pond or the Child's River. You can explore Washburn's Island, Waqoit Bay, the Child's River and Eel River without ever leaving the waterway system. There is also access to a deep water inlet to anchor your boat. Come bask in this little glimpse of heaven. Our Beaches in Falmouth are manned by Town guards and are warm compared to the North side. Menauhant Beach is a family beach where little children play in the sand.
This beach house is quaint and airy. The kitchen is a joy and is designed to bring friends and family into the cooking experience. The house setting is a natural yard where kids and dogs can play without fear of hurting grass or being exposed to chemicals. There are accent gardens in front which give the perfect amount of charm.

- The bedroom are all clean with pretty bed covers and mattress covers. You may bring you own sheets and towel. We have supplied two fresh pillows per bedroom. Three rooms have Tvs and you may order cable for an additional fee. We would be happy to supply sheet and towels for an additional fee. If you are older, impaired, or just totally on vacation and would be happy to have housekeeping come in every day and make beds, provide fresh wash cloths and towels, clean bathrooms, and kitchen. This is at a cost of $25 per hour.

A very interesting thing about this beach house is that there are no hallways. It's something that you might not notice right away because there is plenty places to slip away. There is a landing and a small TV viewing room that would hold air mats if you had an extra overflow of guest. All who stay here love the house and find it unique and spacious in its design giving privacy for those who like to cuddle up with a good book while listening to distant fog horn.
