There is a large boat marina with sailboat rentals 3 blocks from the property. A 20 mile bike path runs north and south from Redondo Beach to Santa Monica. Excellent shopping (Hermosa Pier Plaza), nightlife (comedy & magic club), restaurants (Charthouse), all within a 5 min walking distance. Mickeys deli and liquor store, sushi restaurant, and the Spot vegetarian restaurant are only 1 block from the property.
