During Christmas Holidays and New Year the minimum rental is 14 days.
A deposit of 30% of the rental price secures booking.
The balance is to be paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival. In addition, at that time, a separate fully refundable deposit of $500 is required in case of any breakages or damage sustained.
This will be returned to you within 2 weeks after your departure.
An electric fee of US $21 / week is included in the rental rate, excesses above will be charged at check-out or deducted from deposit. - Payment can also be in EUROS
If you require a long term rental please contact us for special price.
Charge for lost key or garage door opener will be $50.
A cancellation fee of $150 will apply for any cancellation.
Refunds only upon written notice received at least 60 days before arrival.
