The Phoenician is a beautiful new condominium in the luxurious Dunes. It is a double gated community that offers many amenities that will make your stay perfect and relaxing. There is a stunning view of the Gulf of Mexico, and you can enjoy the magnificent sunsets that Naples is known for. You will have access to the private beach club, The Floridian on Vanderbilt Beach, which includes lounge chairs, umbrellas, shower, heated pool, cocktail bar and poolside dining. In addition there is the Plantation Club that offers a beautiful resort-style lagoon pool, and private dining. There are six lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, and a fitness center. Plus there is a pool in the building, which has a spa, and BBQ grills. The condo is 3,127 (including the lanai) square feet, 3 bedroom 3 baths is newly furnished, and very spacious with everything you could want.
