Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Basically there are 3 different rates (to the end of 2008):
Low season is $700 or £350 per week depending on current exchange rates
Regular season is $770 or £385 per week depending on current exchange rates
High season is $840 or £420 per week depending on current exchange rates
Discounts available for longer stays & last-minute bookings.
4% handling charge for credit cards & PayPal
Fully-refundable security deposit of $250/£150 per booking
Pool heating is an extra $100 or £50 per week
Cots & High Chairs can be provided free, but notice must be given -
No extra charge for early check-in or late check-out but not available if back-to-back with other bookings

Meet & Greet at Orlando International airport $25 or £13 depending on current exchange rates

- The master bedroom with queen-size bed has an en-suite bathroom with corner bath & separate shower cubicle. The 2nd bedroom has another queen-size bed, and there are 2 singles in the 3rd bedroom. The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms share a bathroom with over-bath enclosed shower. All bedrooms have overhead fans, cable TV, closets, chests of drawers & plenty of storage space. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet & a bedside alarm-clock radio, whilst the second bedroom has a radio/CD player. Each bathroom has a toilet, twin basins & a hair-drier.

Golf Details: In the middle of the community, nestling between old citrus groves & pine trees, on the edge of a nature reserve is the Highlands Reserve Golf Course. The scenic course encompasses 120 feet of elevation change over long undulating greens passing through a combination of pine tree lined fairways & open panoramas. It is a par 72 championship course, suitable for players of varying ability. Within the golf course is a large Community Pool & Children's' Play Area as well as a tennis court. The Club House features a pro shop and serves snacks & drinks. There are many other courses nearby you may wish to consider, namely: Celebration Golf Club, Champion's Gate Golf Resort, Eagle Creek Golf Club, Falcon's Fire Golf Club, Grand Cypress Course, Hawk's Landing Golf Club, Kissimmee Golf Club, MetroWest Golf Club, Remington Golf Club. Walt Disney WorldResort Golf Courses include: Eagle Pines, Lake Buena Vista, Magnolia, Oak Trail, Osprey Ridge & Palm Course.
Local attractions: The world-famous theme parks of Disney World, Sea World & Universal Studios are a short drive away. Kissimmee's restaurants, & attractions like Old Town & Celebration are even closer. Orlando's Outlet Centres & Shopping Malls are within easy reach. Florida's Gulf coast beaches & Cape Canaveral are only around 1 hour's drive away.
