Playa del Carmen Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Weekly from $1500 to 2,500 and Nightly from $200 to $375
- For reservations, a 50% deposit of the total rental rate is required immediately. The remainder is due 30 days prior to arrival. During the holiday season, the remainder must be paid 60 days prior to arrival. A $250 damage deposit must be paid with the final payment of the rental fee. This deposit will be returned in full within two weeks of departure if there is no damage to the condominium or its contents.
We accept VISA or Master Card, personal checks, wire transfer, money orders. - Cancellation policy: If you cancel before the 30 days prior to your arrival, your entire deposit will be refunded. If you cancel after the 30 days prior to your arrival or 60 days prior to your holiday arrival, your deposit will be forfeited. If you have already paid your full rental fee, 1/2 of the remainder of the fee will be refunded.
