GREAT LOCATION: Paw Paw Lake is a clean, deep, spring fed, 950 acre lake all sports lake with great fishing about 5 miles inland from the beautiful western shores of Lake Michigan. The views from this private wooded property are truly amazing. You can sit on the deck or in chaise lounge all day long and 'watch the boats go by'! It's short walk down the stairs to the pier or drive your car or our golf cart down a private road right up to pier and park .Which makes it real easy for dropping of supplies, coolers, and easy access for kids & elderly. This home also has access to a Private Lake Michigan Beach that is 5-10 minutes away with plenty of parking. This pristine beach is close to a mile long and spans over 55 acres of protected wooded sand dunes. Includes Clubhouse, swing set, snack shop, and restrooms. The area contains many legendary casual dinning spots whose cooks, chef's, and owners who left Chicago many years ago to enjoy a 'slower pace' life along the peaceful shores of Lake Michigan
BOAT & JET SKI's Fee's are additonal: (call or email for details) 2007 26ft 300hp Monterey Luxury Sport Boat with Wake Board Tower, Kenwoood stereo, Bath, Sink & Kitchenette, dinette, Seating for 12, wake boards, skis, inner tubes, life vest, and 4 coolers. Bigger than a pontoon and as fast as a ski boat. Your family and Friends will love this boat and it will make your vacation truly memorable. Two 2007 175hp SeaDoo XTI's, with Mirrors, digital dash, easy access step, life vest, seats 3, can pull skier and tube. Top of the line equipment docked at pier.
